What we do with your information
The short version, in plain language. No data broker sells, no surprise credit pulls, and nothing shared beyond the people working on your loan.
We do not sell your information
Not to data brokers, not to lead buyers, not to anyone. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your details are used to place your loan and for nothing else.
We only collect what a loan application needs
Contact details, income and employment, assets and debts, and the property itself. If a field is not required to underwrite your file, we do not ask for it.
Only the people working on your file see it
Our team, the lenders we submit your application to, and the service providers involved in closing: title, escrow and appraisal. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Nothing happens until you ask for it
Filling in a form on this site does not pull your credit and does not submit anything to a lender. Your credit is only checked once you tell us to proceed.
You can ask what we hold, and ask us to delete it
California residents can request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and use an authorised agent to do so. Asking will never change the service or price you are offered. Some lending records must be retained by law, and we will tell you which.
